Our motive is to give complete resolution of any query and complaint of customer through email, phone or chat whether it comes to product, technical support, assistance in placing the order, making aware about something unknown step at the website and problem accessing the website. It might be possible that customer does not get unsatisfactory product for causes beyond our control, in such cases we allow customer to return or cancellation undermentioned policy.
How and in Which Situation Cancel an Order on Zoganto ?
A refund will be processed by Zoganto when Zoganto determines that the cancellation of the order is occurred due to Zoganto's incapability of fulfilling the order.
1. Your purchase is final and non-refundable. Zoganto will not accept any product exchanges.
2. If any product delivered to you is in a damaged/defective condition, you need to report the same to Zoganto within 48 hours of such delivery at email@example.com. Zoganto either will re-deliver the product to you or will refund you same amount we received.
3. We will refund the same amount we received within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of order. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to the customer post refund.
4. If you place a duplicate order mistakenly, we will refund you completely for the duplicate order, provided it has not been packed or delivered. Please let us know about this.
5. If we find the same order has been placed, we will get in touch with you to clarify, If you are not contactable, we will take the decision to deliver the order and it will be final.
